If you need to cancel a session, you can do so by visiting the Sessions List tab and clicking the red Cancel button to the right of the appointment start time. An email notification will send to your Provider notifying them of the canceled session. You can also locate the session on your Calendar, highlight it and click Edit. A red Cancel will appear at the bottom of the window that opens.
Depending on your Provider’s policies, you may be charged for missing a session, and/or impromptu cancellations. We recommend asking your Provider for his or her no-show and cancellation policies.
