To submit a bill you should navigate to your Session List and locate the session you would like to bill for. To the right you will find a blue Bill Patient button. Click this button and then click Charge Out-of-Pocket. At this point, you can prorate the amount of the session if you desire and then click Submit Bill.
Your Patient’s credit card will be immediately charged for the amount you have selected and they will receive an email notification of this. The credit card processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 will be deducted at that point and the remainder will be deposited into an escrow account that runs from Thursday to the following Wednesday of every week.
Each Friday evening you will receive a lump transfer into your bank account including all of the sessions with charges that posted in the prior week’s escrow period.
