To add a document to a specific Patient file:
- Login using your email and password.
- Click on Patients List on the left.
- Click on the Patient's name you would like to upload a document to.
- Click the Documents tab in this Patient's file, and click the New Document button.
- Click the Select File button. Once you select your file, click Upload.
- The document will appear in your Patient's documents once successfully uploaded.
- The document will not be accessible to the Patient. The document is only accessible to the Patient if you attach it in a message directly to the Patient.
